Eggroll In a Bowl

Serves 4

Gluten Free

1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey

12 oz. bag of shredded cabbage

4 garlic cloves

1 tsp. ginger, minced

1/2 cup coconut aminos

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/2 cup green onion, for garnish

In a small bowl, combine garlic, ginger, coconut aminos & set aside.

In a skillet, brown ground turkey. Add shredded cabbage & stir to combine. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with green onion. ENJOY!!
