1 Can Coconut Milk (organic if you like)

1/2 Cup craisins

1 1/2 Cup pineapple, fresh diced

1 1/2 Cup oranges, fresh wedges sliced into thirds or use clementines cut in half

1/2 Cup coconut flakes

1 tsp. vanilla bean or vanilla extract

1 Cup of mini vegan marshmallows

Mix all together and serve.
