Banana “nice” cream

SERVES 1

1 Banana

2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

Peel banana and cut up into chunks. Freeze banana for three hours (or overnight) in a container or ziplock bag. Add frozen banana, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until it has the consistency of ice cream. Put “nice” cream into a bowl and fold in your dark chocolate chips. Enjoy!
