Beef Taco
Serves 4
1 lb Lean ground beef
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
Dash of turmeric
Salt to taste
1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
8 cassava flour tortilla wraps
(Coyotas or Siete brand)
Over medium heat cook ground beef in a medium skillet, crumbling as you go along. When beef is browned, drain excess liquid and add garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook one more minute while mixing to fully coat beef with seasoning. Remove from heat.
Warm tortillas in microwave for 10-20
seconds.
Serve taco meat in cassava flour tortillas topped with red onion, cilantro, and avocado. ENJOY!!
