Fudge

2 cups raw cacao powder

1 cup coconut oil, melted

2 tsp fine sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Whisk cacao powder into coconut oil in double boiler until smooth.

Turn off heat and add salt and vanilla.

Line small muffin tray with paper cups and pour 2 TBSP of chocolate into liners and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
