Ground Turkey Skillet

Serves 2

2 Tbsp avocado oil

2 Cloves garlic, minced or pressed

1/2 tsp Ginger, grated

1/2 cup Button mushrooms, chopped

1/2 lb Ground turkey

Salt to taste

1 Small red onion, diced

2 cups Kale, chopped

1 Large head of broccoli, chopped

Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over

medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and

mushrooms. Cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add ground turkey and salt. Cook until

no longer pink, crumbling as it cooks.

Add onion, kale, and broccoli and cook 3-4 more minutes. Plate over brown rice.
