Hummus Veggie Wrap
Serves 1
1 Whole Wheat Wrap ( you can use brown rice wrap if you want gluten free)
2 Tbsp of hummus
1/4 avocado
spinach or shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded carrots
thinly sliced cucumber
sliced yellow and red peppers
Red onion (optional)
1 Tbsp Green Goddess Primal Kitchen dressing ( or any one you like)
Place all ingredients on the wrap. Wrap it up! Enjoy!
