Pumpkin Oat Balls

SERVES 6

1 cup dry rolled oats

1/4 cup canned pumpkin

1/4 cup almond butter

10 soft dates (medium size)

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

pinch of salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Place ingredients (except melted dark chocolate) into a food processor or a blender. Blend until it forms a dough. Roll into 12 balls. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate until firm and keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Enjoy!
